How do I know which studies are looking for participants?

Check out our Studies section – it will tell you which studies are recruiting participants.

How do I become a participant?

Each study is looking for people who meet different criteria. By checking the information about each study (Current Research Studies) you may be able to learn which studies you may be eligible to participate. To learn more details about a particular study, just give us a call or send an email!

Will I be compensated for participating in research studies?

Each study is unique so you will need to ask a researcher about compensation for different studies.

How long does the study last?

Each study is unique, some are one visit to the lab, and others require a commitment for several weeks. Ask a researcher for the details on a particular study.

How do I find your lab?

We are located in G56 Farber Hall on the University at Buffalo’s South Campus (Main Street and Bailey Avenue). With a parking pass, you may park in the Michael-Farber  parking lot located directly in front of Farber Hall. See our Find Us page for more details.

How do I learn the outcomes of a study I was in?

We will summarize the findings (see Research Findings section) and post links to our published work as it becomes available.
